I'm constantly worried about an irritation i have

I have noticed another symptom. I have no idea if this is in any correlation to what i am experiencing on my penis, but i noticed that the rash i was talking about goes all the way to my anus as well. It is red below my testicles on what i believe is called the grundle and around my anus. i also noticed that i had been bleeding inside there as well.

It very well could be part of a serious fungal infection. That entire area comprises almost the perfect environment.

The bleeding though, needs to be checked. It could be just from the irritation of the skin. Try to keep the area as clean and dry as possible. Follow the instructions on your meds to the letter.

Just another idea, have you changed soaps or anything lately? Could this be an allergy?

I went to the urologsit today and the doctor said everything looked normal and that i should not worry about it....should i be ok with this diagnosis? I hardly spoke and didnt get asked many questions....i feel the diagnosis could be off because it did not look as bad as it usually does today when i got examined and i did not get to list my symptoms nor tell the doctor much of anything. He just looked at it and said it was just papules on the head and that i should just keep putting the anti-fungal cream on for the redness.
