i hate my body im 13 and around 5ft 4inches and im about 157pounds i cant believe it its depressing me can any one tell me how i can loosee weight fast!

Because you’re only 13 and your body still has a lot of growing to do, some extreme diet isn’t really an option, not only because you need a lot of nutritive materials, but also because you most likely will manage to lose a few pounds only to gain them back once you finish the diet and that can be even more dangerous for a teenager who is still developing. And the second thing is – you probably won’t get anywhere if you don’t have help and encouragement from your family and friends. Are you physically active through exercise, walking or sports? That has to become a regular part of your day. And you have to make a plan and stick to it, especially when it comes to food. Simple plan is to eat a few small meals instead of a large one, stop eating after 8pm and to start thinking about what you eat. Not in a way that you count calories in burger, but to ditch the fast food completely and replace it with something both healthier and less fattening, like lean meat.
