My left testical hangs different than my right at some times. I don't feel pain i dont think. I was shot with a paintball gun from point blank and it hit my left side i think, that was about 5 years ago. Idk. Im getting scared tho.
Left testicles are normally bigger and hang lower than right ones. This is due to male anatomy, nothing to worry about.
