My periods are very irregular, they arrive late and usually only last about 2.5 days. For the past couple of months at least, this has been the case for me. When I took my exercise routines up a notch, and my over-eating and gluttany way down, and began using water pills  again because of my over extended belly from past binging out of control, like ALL summer long. So, now that I'm in total kontrol again of my weight and exercise routines, a bit on the obscessive side. But in control at least. So now my periods are spazzing out on me and rebelling by arriving late and not visiting me for very long. I hope they are doing for my body what periods are meant to do, and washing away any old blood and dead matter that doesn't belong in my belly. So, if I eat a  regular meal now my stomach is like one of those mini sponges that get really big after liquid, or for me its food, makes contact with the inner stomach. So like what am I supposed to do, not eat so I can fit in my britches and not have to donate all my way too small trousers and tops because my belly is unnaturally distended from eating NORMAL meals.  I'm afraid to eat now because im on a budget and cant afford to get new clothes every time my belly decides to embarass me. My scale hates me, and my pants prove it. My periods are a pain in the belly, and I'm about to toss all the china out the door cuz there aint no reason to eat on nice china if my belly is growing by the mouthful, everytime I eat. I'm gonna get a mouthfull of braces, wire my top and bottom teeth together after the braces are on and go on a liquid diet until my tummy is totally flat as a TAPEWORM.  Yep, tapeworm I sed, and thatz my goal so don't slow me down!!!!!!!!!
