my fiancee and i have been trying to have a child for some time now. my last period was on january sixteenth two thousand twelve. my last day of ovulation was the thirtieth of jan. we had sex on the thirty first and afterwards i have had crazy cramps and lower back pains but no bleeding. i have taken many pregnancy test but they all have came back negative. the pain is still in my lower abdominal but still no bleeding. is there possible to have implantation without the bleeding? please help us!

Yes, Although it is a common symptom, not all women experience it. Only about 30~40% of women experience implantation bleeding. Hope it helps.

Well, you could just keep on trying to conceive, and if it's Not Implanted yet it sure will be soon if you keep trying as long as you are Ovulating. You should eat loads of Protein and don't get to thin, and then your body will be more conducive to welcoming an egg into being released and meeting up with the sperm and the rest will Just Happen...Keep Trying, Not Just 1x.....When's The Wedding?????Baby could be your flower girl by then too...
