I just took a shower & noticed it. Its really swollen & its black & has puss coming out of it. I got a pair of twizzers & pulled the hair out of it but it is still swollen & some skin came off of it. Wat is it I haven't had sex in along time so I know its not that
It sounds like a sebaceous cyst. They are caused by accumulation of dirt. It's part of your body's defense, and it is absolutely benignal. However, you should go see a doctor, because he/she will know for sure.
