Hi guys, I'm new here and I would like some advice. Some time ago I saw a guy on facebook and I've been occasionally checking his twitter and facebook account since then. He is 19, like me, and he studies the same career as me but in another university of the same city. He is attractive but not the kind of guy every girl has a crush on, I like him because he looks like a really good person and he's very interesting and has very similar taste as me in music, cinema and art (which I probably like too much in a guy)
My crush is growing but I don't dare to tell him anything, I'm kind of shy and I'm afraid if he doesn't like me, both personality and appearence (I'm not ugly at all, just cute, but obviously not a supermodel). And It also might be weird and awkward "Hey, I've been gossiping on your social networks for some months, do you want to hang out with me?" it doesn't sound very good, right? I wouldn't like to seem like a crazy stalker.
And I also consider myself as a romantic person, If I ever have a relationship with him and it evolves and in a remote future I have children with him (I'm not crazy, I swear, it's in a very remote future, I'm not obsessed at all) and they ask me how do we get to know each other, I don't want to have to tell them "hey kids, I met your father on facebook" while it's known that the neighbours met in a super romantic trip to paris in st valentine or something cheesy like that.
Any suggestions on what to do? Because I don't think I dare (or want) to send a private message on facebook. Would you think i'm a freak?
