In which part of my body, TB is developing?

Hello, Few month back, I found my FTB positive. But i didn't find yet that in which part of my body, tb is developing. Because I don't have cough and my periods are regular. But I have extream headache, light fever, waekness and my weight is loosing. Does it mean I have brain tb or something else? Plz help me that, what I do?
