For the last 2 days the shaft and the head of my penis have been itchy and it seems the skin has been peeling. There are also very small bumps in the area. I am uncircumcised. This has only happened to me twice. I had strep and mono in june and just got strep again last week. Both times I had it. It seems to occur a few days after I start my antibiotics. Im wondering what this is and if there is anything to treat it with (creams and whatnot)
