My inner labia swelled up a couple weeks ago with no apparent cause. I was concerned, but the swelling went away over night so I let it go.
However, since then this has occured two more times. The swelling always occurs on only one side of the vagina and swells to the size of a small grape. There is some small pain along with it, but no itching.
What could this be?

She could of been born with an STD.
