I was at work today and while I was working on the computer, all of the sudden my eyes independently crossed and I tried focusing them, which I did and they moved again. After that, I starting feeling dizzy and the left side of my head felt a little numb. I got up from my chair and a few minutes later, I felt fine. What on earth could have caused this to happen? It was the strangest experience I've ever had. My eyes feel pressure behind them, but other than that I feel okay.Should I be worried?
I think you should get it checked out, soon.
There are many reasons why someone would feel dizzy or lose focus in their eyes. Some are relatively minor but there are causes that need to be checked out.
All the symptoms together point to something definitely going on. Possibilities include a stroke, or a TIA (like a temporary stroke), low blood sugar (diabetes?), possible cardiac problems, sinus infections, or maybe even an ear infection.
You also say that you feel OK but still feel pressure behind the eyes, get it checked.

Omg. I just experienced the same thing! I was watching tv and at first I thought it was the tv. Then I looked away and realized it was my eyes. It wasn’t blurred, it was like they were crossed, and I had no control over them. It lasted for roughly 10 seconds. I’m so shaken right now and wondering if I’m on the verge of something serious happening. Did you ever find out your cause? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
just had it happen to today while i was driving...my heart palpitated and them my eyes crossed and i had no control over them. 5 seconds later it went away but hours later the top of my head is still tingling
