Hello. I'm 39 year old mother and I'm really worried about my daughter’s health. You see, she is only 14 years old and about year ago she stated to get her menstrual periods.
From the beginning, her periods were really heavy and totally irregular. She has long breaks that sometimes last for three or four months. Pain is also present in almost every stadium of cycle.
I really don’t know a lot about this because I have never experienced anything similar. I don’t know what to do about this. Should I be worried about this and take her maybe to see a gynecologist?

Hi. I'm very sorry that your daughter has so many problems with hers periods. I know what it feels like because I've had the same problems earlier in life. I've read almost everything there is about this subject and I've found out some stuff.
You probably that behind all this is always some hormonal misbalance that can be caused by many things such as underweight problems, she exercising too much or she could be suffering from polycystic ovaries.
I don’t know how much do you know about all this but there are certain herbs which may push the hormones back into a normal pattern. Talk with some specialist about this and find out more about these herbs. I believe one of them is called Chase Tree.
