So the reason im asking this question, is because I recently noticed how I'm not as tall as some of my friends and discovered one of the best ways to grow tall fast, at least for now would be a gluten free diet. Which removing all wheats ect for a good month maybe. But I wanna know if this is suitable for a 14 year old turning 15 next month ? Or am I still in development and need all the gluten and wheat's I need
I have Celiac disease and so will always need to eat gluten free for life, eating without wheat or gluten is much healthier for our bodies but won't necessarily make you grow taller. Try it for the month and see how you enjoy it, remember there is a lot of hidden gluten and wheat so it is very important to check the ingredient list and just because something is gluten free doesn't mean it's healthy, it will still contain a lot of sugar in it.
