I have been using the tea forms for about six months and they have helped me enough that I am now weaning off of my meds and it has been going good thus far. So I would say yes it is very effective for depression.

Welcome Sweaty! You are on the right track and if you stick with the TEA forms it will get better and better based on my experience using them. Let me know if you have any questions etc?

Thanks for the warm welcome. I do have a question how long did it take for the new ways of thinking to set in where you don't even need to do the TEA forms anymore?

Sweaty I am still doing my TEA forms almost everyday but only spending a few minutes on them now each day rather than the 15-30 minutes I was early on. I think they started to click for me several weeks into doing them but I don't know if they would have lasted or my old thinking would have come back if I stopped doing them too soon. That's why I still do them. An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure :-)

I think it important to mention that with CBT you get out of it what you put into it, so you control how much relief you achieve. If you are motivated to get better it is the best treatment available. It's not a miracle cure, you have to work at it, but the benefits are worth all the work and they come fairly quickly.

No question you are right about this Jaylene :!: If you are willing to work on the tea form everyday you are sure to get results, but if you only do it occasionally you are wasting your time :(

Yep, you have to do them more than occasionally to get the relief you are seeking

CBT is amazing and the TEA forms work great if you apply yourself and do them.
