I agree with all of you. CBT is amzingly helpful and the tea forms are the most helpful thing I have found to date.

I have bipolar and borderline personality... I saw a therapist one time before he relocated without notice.. he told me to buy "Feeling Good" by David D. Burns. I bought the book and tried to read it, but I have to admit I have a hard time reading and really understanding concepts and following the reading. Is there anything else I can do or anything that might be easier for me to follow?

Try reading Been There, Done That? DO This! by Sam Obitz (***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed) and using the TEA form exercise (and the other ones in it too, but mainly the TEA form). It is the easiest to digest book on CBT I have seen and written from a former sufferer's POV.
The TEA form exercise is the most helpful exercise I have found in CBT. Good luck :D

I may be young however CBT really helped me. You just have to give it a chance and you will find what works best for you. For me, the distraction component worked best.

I wholeheartedly second this rec. I do not believe cbt can cure bi-polar but I think it will help you control some of your anxiety :)

Glad it is helping you too! It works well on the young and old, how old are you? I bet you are not too much younger than I am

Is anyone else not being allowed to log in despite putting in their correct user name and password?

Heather me, I am not as experienced as some of the people here but I am making constant progress and feel like cbt and the tea forms are the best treatment for me.

Now my guest post is missing from the other day?

Is anyone else not being allowed to log in despite putting in their correct user name and password? I just tried reseting my password and the one steadyhealth sent me did not work?

Here's the post I made a couple days ago Heather me....
