Hello, I'm Natasha and I'm 16 years old. I have been suffering from anxiety attacks for the past month now due to chest pains caused by pulling a chest muscle, I've been to visit the doctor twice now and they have told me that there was no need to worry as the pains were due to the pulled muscle, I accepted is and carried on as usual, but then the pains came back again and this time in was centered around the middle of my chest, I panicked and rushed to a and e, I had an ecg done and my blood pressure checked, it all came back fine and the doctor said that again. It was my pulled muscle. A few weeks have passed and I Have still been experiencing panic attacks from worrying about my chest. This time it's different and there is no pain, instead I've been experiencing shortness of breath and fluttering sensations on the left side of my chest, this has caused me to get really worked up about it again and I've started to really worry, if you could give me any idea what this could be it would be a great help, thank you

Hey it could be anxiety but if the doctor says it's a pulled muscle in your chest then you should trust your doctor.
