You'll need a DNA test.

A woman usually ovulates between about days 11 and 16 of her cycle.  The egg is only viable for about 48 hours.  Since you had sex on day 20 (assuming a 28 day cycle) it SHOULD have been too late as her fertility would have been dropping.

But, she can have bleeding/spotting when pregnant but it usually appears different - such as it did.

Doctors NORMALLY base dates off of her last period which should have been around March 11 so she should be showing as around 16-17 weeks.  But, if the estimates differ more than a week or so we'd go by the ultrasound which would be almost 14 weeks now.

Do you know for sure that she cheated on you or is the assumption because of the dates of the U/S? When I was pregnant and with my U/S's that I had, they were constantly changing my dates from one week to the next - don't get too hung up on it as you can see what is happening already. Mistrust. The baby doesn't need this coming into this world, he/she needs their parents on the same board, together trusting and possibly loving each other. Babies come in helpless already, don't make this harder than what it needs to be. Your g/f needs your support right now as well, so give her what she needs and requires. Ask her about the dates and possibly why they don't add up - you want to know and you do have a right - you are smart, you do math, just ask.
