Hi Guest
It is common for your testicles to hurt during puberty they are growing and becoming heavier and that puts more strain on the cords.
You could try wearing an athletic support or underwear that provides support for your testicles.
If needed using an ice pack or soaking in the bath will give you relief from the discomfort.
At anytime if the pain gets a lot worse tell your parents and see your doctor.

I've been experiencing it for about half a year now. At first it really hurt, then the pain started to die out. Now occasionally I feel the pain but it isn't as bad. This was around the same time I started producing semen. I believe it is related to puberty, but I had to check if I was the only other one.

I'm 13 and my right testicle aches in waves on certain days. I've had this since I've started puberty last year. My left ached once but never again. Well, I'm writing this because it was just aching and everywhere I look on the internet are "WARNING" "SEE A DOCTOR" "YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!!!!!!!!!" and I don't know if I should be worried?

If the pain gets really bad then you need to see your doctor your not going to die.
If needed you can use an ice pack or soak in the bathtub to help ease the pain.
Your not gonna die your going through puberty and having growing pains.

One of your balls is more saggy than the other one so that when you walk they don't hit each other. Usually it is the left one that is more saggy. Taking a hot bath usually relieves it for a bit. Telling you parents will help alot. And if you are really worried get checked out by a doctor
