Yes that's from getting injured in the scrotum also if it was cancer it would be a marble sized lump without any pain, a soft painful bump means that you are completely fine but if it stays too long it could be torsion and you should see a doctor

I am feeling the same thing as all of you right now. I am 13 and I was as scared as you guys when it started hurting. You guys help me out so much today because I was getting freaked out. Hearing you guys speak out has helped me realize that it is probably a normal growing pain. I think we should all still keep an eye on it though. Thank you again everybody. God bless.

Go to the hospital if it is a testicular torsion you have 6 to 12 hours to see if you have it or you can loose them

Thank you for explaining for me. They started to slightly hurt at 3 am and I scared myself terribly. Google was like “you are going to die lol” and I got kinda worried.

I'm trying to see if anyone knows if stinging of the penis plus complaining of knees hurting and testicle pain in 9-year-old boy means something dangerous? Am I just overreacting?

to all the guys here panicking about testicular torsion , there will be sudden and severe pain in your testicles , WITHOUT YOU TOUCHING THEM TO MAKE SURE . sometimes mild testicular pain can take place in your sleep as well , as it happened for me . i woke up the next morning to discover a swollen blood vessel , and the pain can be relieved by taking ice packs for 15 secs with 15-20 mins intervals and you can also manually relieve pain by twisting your testicle gently towards your thigh ( outwards ) also wearing underpants really helps as it restricts any movement with could affect your balls in the slightest manner . also , testicular torsion is accompanied by nausea , a lot of fever filled days , blood in urine etc . its common in people who are in their late teens like me . i dont even feel the pain until i apply some pressure over my balls , so its very much mild . also , make sure to rest a lot in order to avoid any movement that hurts your balls , you can also wear a support folded towel when lying down , and eat as much healthy as you can . if the pain progress rapidly , go see the doc , if it relieves , dont worry .
