it is normal to have pain in the balls your going through puberty.to help the pain you can take pain releavers or get in hot water.I am haveing pains to but i take pain releavers and they dont hurt

Swelling in the testicles can be a number of things, but normally it is growth/puberty. During puberty lots of things happen, especially to the genital area. The pain should go away over time. If not you should tell your parents, you will never regret telling your parents anything. As for the people who have gotten kicked in the testicles, as long as your testicles aren't hurting tremendously at all times of the day and you can't think about anything else, you should be fine. Unless you have a painless growth on your testicle, it is not cancer, and most bumps down there are just the connecting tube, which is very curved and loopy, so a "ball" feeling may happen. The "growth" on your testicle is probably where the tube connects, it is on both sides, and it is extremely normal, like, everyone with normal balls has it.
