my last menstural was on august 25th, i did spot on september 2nd and 3rd, but only when i wiped with tissue. i went to the emergency on october 11th cause i was having pain in my abdomen and the doctor told me that i had a ruptured cyst, but could this ruptured cyst make me 3 weeks late on my menstural and i have always had regular menstural cycles. i was told by the doctor to do a follow up afer my period, but till this day, i still havent had a period. what should i do?
