That could probably mean that your hymen is not intact. But that does not necessarily mean that you are not a virgin. Not all virgin women bleed when they have sex for the first time. Women's hymen can break anytime during their puberty. Women who are into sport and especially cycling, have their hymen broken long before they even have sex. Its a common phenomenon.
And no, you probably won't bleed during you intercourse.

Its not true that your hymen will grow back. What you can do is explain the overall fact to your husband when you will have intercourse. I'm sure he will understand.
And its natural to feel that way after masturbating. There's nothing wrong.
