Hello everyone. I am a thirty year old woman. I have about 30-40 extra pounds. I’ve never been fat before, but I’ve just had a baby, a month ago, so I’m still carrying my baby weight.
I want to lose approximately 20 pounds and I decided to start with T-tapp workout program. A friend suggested it to me. He says it helped him a lot.
The only problem is, I have a baby + I work a lot. And he told me that it doesn’t matter, and that this program is actually perfect for people with lack of time. Is this true? Is this program really perfect for people with lack of time?

Hi. I have the same problem- about 30-40 extra pounds and no free time. Some people say that those extra pounds look great on me, and I think that might be true. If I were skinny like some beautiful girls I know, I would probably look weird, since I have a very strong body type. I have strong shoulders and waist. Some people say I have a masculine body.
I want to try with T-tapp but it is just impossible. I heard that you need to do these workouts for at least 40 minutes daily. And I can’t even find 15 spare minutes every day. I don’t think your friend is right.

Hi to both. Well the optimal time for doing these workouts would be 40 minutes daily. But since many of us live chaotic lives, especially if we have young children in the house, there are other options. For example, even if you can’t find those 40 minutes daily, you can always do at least three of the T-tapp moves in the sequence that they’re shown in the dvds and you can try to fit fitness into your day.
There is always a way (Where there's a will, there is a way). But if the question is ‘’Is T-tapp perfect for people with lack of time?’’, then the answer is ‘’no’’.
