I saw tea made from maple trees at Whole Foods the other day, and it looked quite interesting. I know maple syrup is pretty popular, though I have never tried that either. Please tell me if maple tree tea is healthy? What are its benefits? Or does it just taste nice (perhaps)?

Maple tea works detoxing and can help you cleanse your system. It is also reputed to lower your blood pressure, which would be great if it were true, but I have never seen studies to confirm that. Apparently, the tea is diabetic friendly as well. Please do give it a try!
