Bleaching destroys the hair protein. Friends of mine who bleach regularly have had hair fallout when it's done too frequently and it doesn't grow back. Even celebrities have had this issue (it's why so many fake blondes have to use hair extensions to make their hair look fuller and longer because it simply will stop growing at a certain point). Did anyone have any luck with the Head&Shoulders shampoo + Brut aerosol? Or did he just have sensitive skin?

Hello SAZ. I have been totally hairless under both armpits for close on 8 years now. not a sign of regrowth. I cannot believe that others with a hair problem have not tried this inexpensive method. Don't expect immediate results as I have no idea how long it took, only that it happened. I would suggest doing it with every shower and when dried off, use the Brut deodorant. I am sure others will work but I am only giving my experience. For others reading this for the first time, look at my original post on page 1.

It has been nearly 2 years since I posted my message on permanent hair removal up on page 1 and I cannot believe that none of you have tried it. What can it cost for a bottle of head and shoulders and a Brut aerosol spray.

Please will someone else try it and let others know if it works as it did for me.

These other methods that have been posted purely dissolve the hair. My method appeared to destroy the root.

Esprit, I did read your experience earlier this year about Head and Shoulders followed by Brut with interest and I am please to say that it does work and has worked very well.

Have been following your formula for some 8 months now, with each hair cycle I have experienced reduced regrowth and now I am down to just a few stray hair re-growths (every now and then) and is even on both armpits.

My problem is I can’t leave it alone, I keep removing the hairs with tweezers, disturbing / not allowing for the hair to go through the 8 week growth cycle, so it has taken much longer than it should have, but still fun.

With hindsight and for those who want to try, I suggest one leave the hair alone (not tweeze) for that 8 week growth cycle and then clean up, review and continue as necessary.

Previously I had tried other home appliances and potions and nothing, zip, nada then your post and it’s done.

All I can say IS A BIG Thank you for posting your experience, I tried it and it has worked well.

There are lot's of home hair removal systems available which are FDA cleared and will save you a fortune compared to going to a salon or spa.

My personal recommendation is the silkn Flash n Go.

It's a little pricey, but works for and they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if it's not for you.  That said, it's only about the cost of one trip to a professional treatment center.

I hope that helps.

You can always use home laser treatment solutions, there's lot of these coming onto the market; a friend of mine uses these.

Personally I use a home made hair removal cream!  It's all natural, cheap and works to both remove the hair but it's personally left areas permanently hair free. :-D
