Hi, I heard something about it. There was a press conference in Boston few years ago about this subject. There were some cases of a new HIV strain resistant on drugs and therapy. It is still a secret if this HIV form became transmissible, or if these were just some accidental mutations. Not only that it is resistible on drugs, but it is also super-progressive. After only 20 months, these patients were having the same symptoms as patients with regular HIV after 10 years. Isn’t it horrifying? I think it is wrong if government keeps in secret things like new HIV strains, because people deserve to know what might happen to them, and beside that, knowledge of even more dangerous type of virus could make people more careful.
