I do totally agree, although it does matter which type of yoga you do. Power yoga is a great way to get started on more exercises too--that's actually what I used. What do you think would be better--classes or doing it on your own?

Basketball requires a lot of sprinting and stopping. Find a hill if you can and do hill sprints for 20 or 30 minutes. Run up as fast as you can, walk down. That will help you on the court.

This is in addition to the great diet suggestions already made.

You just need to do more training outside basketball - interval running, resistance work are good.
