I have never heard that having on one testicle prevents pregnancy, It may lower sperm count which reduces chances of getting pregnant. Depending on if it was the middle of your cycle then your chances would increase. you have less of a chance of getting pregnant, none if you ovulate in the middle of your cycle if you have unprotected sex a week before your expected period. But if you are near the middle of your cycle then i strongly suggest you take the morning after pill immediately. it is said to be able to work up to 3 days after.
