Okay.. So I had sex on July 9th with a condom and the condom broke unfortunately. My period wasn't late and it was normal and last the usual 5 days. I was still scared.. So I took a First Response pregnancy test today and it came out negative. I think I'm just worried for nothing and the only symptoms I've had are like lower back pain and light cramping which could be from me stretching every day as I am a dancer.
I'm just super paranoid..is this valid or am I just worrying for nothing ?

You would not have had a "normal" period if you were pregnant. Yes there can be some bleeding but it would not be like a normal period.
The negative test confirms.
