It is possible to have Pelvic Exam and I never did sex all my life?

I have kidney infection, and Hospital said will do Pelvic Exam on me do I should said yes or not ? I am very nervous how can be ?

I have this infection about a month ego until today never be treated, does not respond to Antibiotic.
