Hello, my husband always has a bad itching sensation between his testicals and thighs and recently it has starting burning every once in awhile, we have tried lotion, but it does not work much, also tried baby oil, this has been going on for quite some time. There is no visable rash, the skin gets kinda chaffed at times, but nothing we can visuably see is wrong. Any ideas?

A possible cause would be hypersensitivity to an allergen such as detergent left over from a wash. Make sure his underwears are absolutely free from leftover detergent. Corticosteroid cream may be helpful for the itching.
