Are you using protection? You have to know that condoms are not just contraceptive but it also helps you to stay away from sexual transmitted disease. Itchiness in the penis might be caused by irritation as well. Is there a chance that you might have a cut inside the hole of the penis? I know that this is not likely but happens sometimes. If this condition prolongs for long period of time you need to get tested at the hospital.
