it just came out of no where...it was a small circle and its brown && then there was bumps on it and its itchy;; and its becoming bigger;; does anyone know what it is?

You didn't give us much info, did you? It is very important to mention if you engaged in any sexual activities, if you have been shaving the area, what the bumps look like exactly, etc
It is hard to say without proper description and without having a look, so you better see a gyn or a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.
