itchy rash all over body, bumps, swelling of feet and hands

Wow has anyone gotten any real diagnoses or other clues as to what this can be?

I have very similar symptoms that seem to come and go. I’ll be fine for weeks then all the sudden it starts!!. I’ll get swollen hands, feet, and other random parts of the body. Usually on or near the palms of my hands and feet. Swelling also starts after pressure is applied to a certain spot on my body like wearing heeled shoes for example. The swelling in one particular spot usually comes and goes within 24 hours. The next morning it’s another spot that’s swollen & itchy.

This is sometimes accompanied by hives on my abdomen or sides. The hives are not always constant and not really a huge problem besides a little itchy. I only develop hives with the swelling. (Sometimes I will swell without hives though).

I’ve never had allergies but know people can develop them so maybe it’s allergy related...

One weird thing is I had similar symptoms when I was late into pregnancy/breastfeeding with both of my children. I swore I was allergic to being pregnant, lol. I’m definitely not pregnant now, but the symptoms are very similar.

My daughter of ten years old has the same rash, swollen lips, swollen feet and hands.
It seems to get triggered when she comes into contact with red dye 40. Which is in Everything!!!! Medications, Allergy medications,Shampoo, hand soap, body wash, food:(. Shop only the outer isles of the grocery store….. and use all natural products.
