I have hit puberty but my ball sack has been itching very much and has turned red in the top bit of the sack the bits where I have scratched it all the skin there has gone dry and scaly It is freaking me out please help

I found some information that may help you an over the counter cream is worth trying and if it does not solve the problem ask your parents about seeing your doctor.

Since the scrotal area provides optimum conditions for bacterial and fungal growth, most problems about dry, red skin on the scrotum can be solved with anti-fungal or anti-bacterial creams and good personal hygiene.
Keep the area clean and apply the cream as recommended and hopefully this will solve the problem.

It could be jock itch because jock itch is also a fungal infection; I think the cream will help you get things sorted out.
I would wash the area a couple of times a day with warm water and a mild soap and make sure that the entire area is dried very well after and then apply the cream as the manufacturer suggests.
