Hello,

I've been having this problem for a few years now, and I'm trying to figure out exactly what is wrong. I have some itchy bumps on my testicles and they mostly itch when I start to scratch, then the itching doesn't stop until I've itched the skin off. I'm not entirely sure what's wrong and I'd love for someone to enlighten me.
