I am a male, 44 years. I used to get yeast infection and doctor adviced betadine and imidil, everytime I wash it, its ok for few hours, and get an itchy sensation, and once again I clean with mild soap and is ok for few hours, this keep on reoccuring.. Doctor asked me check blood sugar...but all normal...how can I get rid of this...kindly help.

Imidil is an antifungal and antibacterial. If you do have a yeast infection it should help. Can you try another medicine? Perhaps the infection has become resistant. It is very important to follow the directions carefully and for as long as directed, not just when you have symptoms.
How often are you washing it? If you wash the skin too often it can dry out. You also don't want the skin to get raw. Are you keeping it dry in between episodes?
Use a clean towel each time to dry off.
Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions. Your doctor should be able to find something that works. If not, consult a dermatologist. This would be their area of expertise.
