My left ear has been increasingly having like sudden attacks of strong pulsation just like a strong heart beat. I normally have a very low blood pressure like between 80 over 57 and today 96 over 60. Normally my pulse runs around the high 60s to 70s. Now my pulse has been going up to 127 while I am at rest like reading, watching TV or having a light dinner.
I feel exhausted all the time, extreme fatigue. I even stay home sometimes 3 days in a row and will eat cereal if no food left. I sometimes get a very brief moment where I feel like I was going to black out. Last month I had occassional times where my heart felt like it was skipping a beat. My digital blood pressure machine showed that I did have an irregular heartbeat at one time. What is this strong heart beat in my left ear? It does not hurt but I can feel it throbbing just like when my heart throbs real hard if I got very scared or ran too much. Any idea?
Thanks VL
