Long story short: I've been getting brown itchy sort of scaley spots on my lower scalp, neck, back and in between my breasts for a while now. The mds and derms all say it's this or that and then when I follow through on the treatement and it doesn't work they say it's hormonal. It's not bacterial. I don't know what it is and neither do they.
I can't wear my hair up. I'm always itching. I'm always embarrassed. I can't take it any longer. I really think this is going to be the end of me.
Anyone had anything similar? Do you know what it could be???

I think it's really unfortunate that you are suffering from this problem! I don't know if this is a repost or not but I am going to talk about what you have said here anyway. Just out of curiosity, how many doctors and dermatologists have you actually seen about this problem? Have any of them actually done a biopsy on any of these spots to find out what the actual issue is? Since it isn't bacterial, they should be able to find something out by doing one. Keep us posted on what your doctor says.
