I'm am 18 as and I don't know what to do with this big as a small bead and I popped it and this grayish whitish fluid came out I don't know if it is a boil a pimple or a ingrown hair please answer

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst - a clogged oil gland much like a pimple.
They happen, even down "there."
Do you shave? That can agrravate the situation and it could indicate folliculitis, an inflammation of the hair follicles.
Keep it clean for now. Use a warm compress to help it drain and LEAVE IT ALONE. Don't "pop" it. If you don't see any improvement or if it gets worse see your doctor.
