I have a problem...
I went out to a bar to drink with some friends of mine one night.
I should have never gone.
when i drink, which is very rare, i drink to where i can't stop.
NO liquor, just beer.
I dont know what i say or what i DO sometimes cuz i'll black out or i'm so in deep i can't control myself.
This night I went out, i did the worst.
I've been so drunk i lash out at my bf cuz i've caught him talking to his ex gf b4 and ive confronted him on that...which i still caught him again sometime back...
I get so mad when i drink, i do the worst. This time I went too far as to cheat on him...but didnt know until the day after.
He still doesn't know.
I vowed to never drink again because I cant even believe i did that. I would never do that to him if i was sober. NEVER.
I know myself sober, but not when I'm drunk.
I hate myself for what I've done.
I dont know what to do.
Please help me............................................ :-(
