I WENT TO SWALLOW A ROUND (LARGE) PARACETAMOL AND IT GOT STUCK IN MY THROAT. IT WON'T DISSOLVE AND ITS BEEN 24 HOURS. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING FOOD,WATER,HOT DRINKS,MAKING MYSELF VOMIT!!

By this time it's dissolved. You very likely have some minor trauma to your throat and that's why you think it's still stuck.
That you can swallow and eat are good signs.
