large pimple on the neck

Hi, i am 19 this year, female, and I've been having lots of pimples all over the face but not the worst. Mostly backhead, which i'm not really worried of. My main concern was my neck. I have what seems to be acne cyst and it seems to become bigger. I don't really like to squeeze my pimples, so i just leave it alone. But it got a lot worst. I have tried numerous treatment, products since im 16 and nothing seems to work on me. I even tried doctor med!! Still doesn't work on me, sadly... So... i even tried putting hot water, egg york, traditional stuff and blahblahblah. NOTHING works. I hate it. Any advice to how to clear this acne?
