my husband and i have been wanting to have a baby, he is afraid to try for it though because he has a normal size testicle and the other is a little bigger. if we do try will our baby be sick or have problems, because of his larger testicle.?
First thing he needs to do is have his bigger testicle checked and see what is going on. When did his testicle become bigger? Or has it always been like that? Left testicles are normally always a big bigger and lower than the right ones due to male anatomy but if the difference in testicular size and appearance appeared suddenly, this needs to be investigated to rule out possible malignancy.

Besides malignant tumors, testicles could enlarge due to cysts or hernia or even varicocele. Varicocele could cause infertility in men but is reversible by surgery.

So, before starting anything, your husband should have his testicles checked.
