So I haven't had actual sex for a few months. I just started birth control about 3 months ago. Over the past two weeks my boyfriend and I have just done oral/hand things. Last night I had a dream about fish, and I know that fish dreams can mean pregnancy. My boyfriend never touches me after he touched his semen. But, after having this dream im getting paranoid that there may have been some amount of sperm left over on his hands from him masturbating earlier on( a few hours before) during these days.
