When I do finally have my period its notoriously 3 days late every month, and lasts for 3 days too. This month especially, little menses would show on my kotex pad, but when I urinate clumps of menses blood come pouring out along with my urine. Otherwise my mense flow is quite lite. Is there something wrong with me? What? Today, when I thought I was on my last lite flow day of my period, I suddenly began to hemorrage after making my lunch. I ran to toilet, and blood was flowing out over my med sizrd tampon, Then I put an extra heavy flow one in instead. But I thought I was done with the period and it completely fooled me. Thank god I was at home, I had almost left for Black Friday shopping, feeling glad period was ,"over." And only had planned to wear a mini pad, w/o a tampon. Then moving around physically in kitchen prepping my lunch spurred a whole new level of mense flow. This is confusing, I even use a female hormone to regulate periods, but still as you can see, they are very unpredictable in flow. I think physical stress, sudden jerky movements, and craving food make my flow worse. Should I just stay in bed for 2 days every month during heavy days, and not even get up to make lunch. And definately Not go shopping on Black Friday during a heavy mense day?
