Hello new to the board.Thought id say hello and see if anyone could offer some advice for me.
Ive had this problem 5 or so years now.The Spinal Cord Stenosis seems to be alot of what im dealing with.Ive had many many tests done and have come back with this.
I have either 2 or 4 bulging discs in my back and the vertibre thats closest to the bottom of my spine is 2 inches outta place.I was told i was born like this.Now ive done PT and have done what is called here "Vax-D" its a spinal compression type therapy.
Now what im feeling is this.My left side is numb and cold all the time.It tingles and hurts.From the top of my leg to my foot.Also my neck hurts and its effecting both my arms and hands also.They to are cold and tingly.It even runs under my left shoulder blade causing very funny feelings sometimes and pains.
Now in the last stages of last year i lost my membership to the gym.And since then ive gained some weight.Well im wondering if me gaining this weight is causing these new problems.The new problems are im having major problems sleeping at night.Ilay with my left arm under my pillow and my left side of my chest and whole arm including the hand go numb cold and hurt very bad.Also with this comes the neck problems i described.Also another thing that has just started is my legs tense up like im flexing my calf muscle and they jump also.Some other things include the lower part of my back also hurting very bad.When i turn sometimes i hear major poping and can hear it also.
Im wondering what i can do with this.Im going to the DR the 7th of sept.This will be a new DR for me and a good one from what i hear.
So any suggestions would be great.
Also if anyone can help with this too.I dont know if this is from Acid Reflux or Asthma but my whole chest area gets very tight all the time and i feel sharp pains in it alot too.Im afraid that it might be heart problems but maybe im wrong.I can also feel my heart beat big time.Feels like its trying to beat outta my chest.

hi ..im new to this sight because ive been looking around for some advice on my pain also..i just wanted to start with,please dont wait too long if your having pains and tightness in your chest,i was having same problem,i went right away to er because my family has a history of heart attacks and strokes,i dont want to scare you,but you just never know,anyways i ended up going home with acis reflux meds :) so yah i was happy,but you cant fool around with pain in your chest ,cause you just never know,ok? well good luck,can you please post what it was that was bothering you after you see ur doctor,that would be greatly appreciated :)
Why have I suddenly began to have side pains? They are usually on the right but occasionally on my left as well. It really hurts! What do I do?
