Hi, I'm 22 year old male. I'm suffering with left testical ball pain when excited before having sex or during sex. Eventually when I think of to be have sex and flirt with my gf a lot of time, my balls gets pain and it is unbearable.
Plz suggest any solution to me for the problem.
Does the pain go away after you ejaculate?
