Hello, for a little over a day I have had this problem, my left testicle is enlarged (maybe 1.5x its regular size) and all red with a purple patch on it. There is a pulsing pain in it (that goes down my left leg in some cases) when it is not supported completely (i.e. standing up). I have not been sexually active, and the only public utility Ive used in the day/day before I felt it was urinating in a Port-a-potty.
I also played football the day I felt pain, but it wasnt until several hours after that I felt the pain.
Any help/tips appreciated.
