I have very similar symptoms and have had them for years. My blood oxygen level is 99%.
I have all these symptoms all the time. after i started on a multi vitamin , 2 b comples(100 mg) and 12,000 mcg b12 sublingual , fish oil , 8 citracal a day i feel much better. forgot to take all this for about a month and i've been down for a couple of weeks again, then remembered that i have been forgetting to take all these pills again , so started again today. i get so tired of taking so much, i stop then forget to take them again. i also am treated for low adrenal with hydrocortosone, armour thyroid, aldactone for blood pressure, insulin for diabetes. all of these meds deplete many nutrients so guess i really need all of them. i feel so much better when i take them.
Hello all,
I'm so happy to have found this board. I too have been suffering with these symptoms for years...being spacey, feeling detached, extreme brain fog, problems concentrating, zoning out, etc.
I used to think I was depressed, anxious, or just weird. However, I started to notice that on days where I feel particularly bad, I noticed that other people around me felt the same. This has led me to conclude within the last 6 months that we are allergic to a pollen of some sort. This past week I've been following this closely because I've felt especially bad...I think the trigger is ragweed. I'm in the northeast and ragweed flairs at the end of summer. Also, I just recently went on vacation and though I felt tired, I did not have the spacey feeling.
Very shortly I will be seeing an allergist. I recommend that everyone does the same or at least download a pollen/symptom tracker on their smartphone and track their symptoms with the presence of allergens in the air.
Just my .02...good luck. It sucks feeling this way.
What happens if you were to do earthing? What about staying on a low glycemic diet. Eating lean protein and good fats every so often. Ive had similar symptoms for a while to much improvement. Look into voltage health by Dr. Jerry Tennant. Good water. Cold showers. Lots of green juices. Correct your body's PH. Meditate. Less Stress. Stay away from EMF's. Look up coherent fields in the heart math institute. Stay in touch... I as well as some friends of mine are on a similar journey. Hope this helps. It has made a huge difference for me.
Bingo. I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I have that same feeling of brain fog.

Hi, I was just looking online myself as I am experiencing the same.
I feel kind of spaced/dizzy/no concentration/light headed all at the same time. Its been going on for 6mths and I was completely fine before.
My hair is also falling out (50% lost in last 6mths).
I'm not stressed or depressed.
Docs tested me for everything and its all normal, inc menopause, thyroid, adrenal, I just don't understand it.
I would agree with you Thyroid problems and a long undiagnosised food allergy was my problem. Look up the term Leaky Gut Syndrome. Sounds too simple to be true? Yeah, thats what I thought. Turned out, dead on. Go ahead look it up: Leaky Gut Syndrome
Why do you ask ? Do tell..
