I have all these symptoms all the time. after i started on a multi vitamin , 2 b comples(100 mg) and 12,000 mcg b12 sublingual , fish oil , 8 citracal a day i feel much better.  forgot to take all this for about a month and i've been down for a couple of weeks again, then remembered that i have been forgetting to take all these pills again , so started again today.  i get so tired of taking so much, i stop then forget to take them again. i also am treated for low adrenal with hydrocortosone, armour thyroid, aldactone for blood pressure, insulin for diabetes. all of these meds deplete many nutrients so guess i really need all of them. i feel so much better when i take them.

I have found relief again from my lightheaded and woozy symptoms. I went to a new allergist and she decided to give me a lot of different meds at the same time. I gradually quit taking most of them when I found out one that was working for me. It is a steroid spray called zetonna. Once a day in each nostril. It's not cheap. About $70 a month. But, i am feeling great again. So my problem is allergies, but allergists have not seen many like me wiith these symptoms.

Hello all,

I'm so happy to have found this board.  I too have been suffering with these symptoms for years...being spacey, feeling detached, extreme brain fog, problems concentrating, zoning out, etc.

I used to think I was depressed, anxious, or just weird.  However, I started to notice that on days where I feel particularly bad, I noticed that other people around me felt the same.  This has led me to conclude within the last 6 months that we are allergic to a pollen of some sort.  This past week I've been following this closely because I've felt especially bad...I think the trigger is ragweed.  I'm in the northeast and ragweed flairs at the end of summer.  Also, I just recently went on vacation and though I felt tired, I did not have the spacey feeling.

Very shortly I will be seeing an allergist.  I recommend that everyone does the same or at least download a pollen/symptom tracker on their smartphone and track their symptoms with the presence of allergens in the air.

Just my .02...good luck.  It sucks feeling this way.

What happens if you were to do earthing? What about staying on a low glycemic diet. Eating lean protein and good fats every so often. Ive had similar symptoms for a while to much improvement. Look into voltage health by Dr. Jerry Tennant. Good water. Cold showers. Lots of green juices. Correct your body's PH. Meditate. Less Stress. Stay away from EMF's. Look up coherent fields in the heart math institute. Stay in touch... I as well as some friends of mine are on a similar journey. Hope this helps. It has made a huge difference for me.

It could be so many things iron or B12 deficiency , thyroid, hormones EMS electo magentic sensitivity stay away from cell phones, lab tops, cell phone towers, smart meters and all computers in general and unplug the microwave see how you feel after a few weeks of staying away from these devices. Cortistol levels need to be checked and get your adrenal glands checked out. A couple other ideas is sinus infection you do not need to be congested to have a sinus infection, Or hidden tooth infection last thought is candida that causes many symptoms dizziness is one find a good ND

Hi,  I was just looking online myself as I am experiencing the same.

I feel kind of spaced/dizzy/no concentration/light headed all at the same time.  Its been going on for 6mths and I was completely fine before.

My hair is also falling out (50% lost in last 6mths).

I'm not stressed or depressed.

Docs tested me for everything and its all normal, inc menopause, thyroid, adrenal, I just don't understand it.
